Ur products are all produced using high quality printed or vectored images, manufactured using the latest in eco-solvent print inks or contour cut vinyl. Very importantly we only use good quality vinyl. Some cheaper vinyls on the supply market shrink or discolour in time.

Vinyl we use is easy to apply. And remove from any clean surface. It is adaptable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications. Our mugs are treated with a long life polymer coating allowing us to carefully display your images with minimal fear of colour loss or deterioration over time.

Our Print & Cut Technology. Printed or contour cut images are suitable for indoor or outdoor uses.

We stock the most popular colours for contour cut graphics, our printer is capable of reproducing wide format prints as clear as a good quality home colour printer. It is, however, important to remember that the image supplied will only print as good as it's raw quality. To achieve our best production for you, we require then highest saved images you can produce. Our design team can help you with this should you require. Are we a responsible business?

How long will I have to wait? Our products are all dispatched. Within 48 hours (subject to material availability).

Some products such as the printed mugs and labels become more cost effective in greater numbers. We offer scaled up savings on these in our pricing plan.

What happens if my item arrives damaged? Our products are all checked before they are dispatched to ensure they are in 100% condition, as you would expect to find them.

We use only reputable couriers. What information do I need to provide & is is safe?

This all depends on the product you have ordered. Most of our generic products information you will have completed in the listing, ie colours sizes etc. For more in detail products such as labels, personalised mugs, house signs etc we will need information from you that you wish to be displayed. Any information over and above what we are required to keep will be destroyed under GDPR regulations. Products that require information from you on the point of sale (such as house sign addresses etc) must be clearly marked in the checkout box.

This will also allow us to confirm back to you any artwork or designs before they are printed. No product will be cut or printed without your confirmation to eliminate the margin for error on either part. If there is something we can maybe help with but it's not listed.
